Who we are

CoreFlow Flex (coreflowflex.com) provides free browser-based tools and professional web development services. This policy explains how we handle data across both.

Data collected by free tools

None. All tools — Image Compressor, Image Converter, Color Picker, and JSON Formatter — run entirely in your browser using standard browser APIs (Canvas API, File API, JavaScript). When you upload or paste something:

• It is processed locally in your browser's memory
• It is never transmitted to any server
• It is never stored, logged, or analysed
• It disappears when you close or navigate away from the page

Contact form

The contact form on our Services page uses a mailto: link. When you submit the form, your browser opens your own email client with the message pre-filled. No data is sent to or stored on our servers at any point. The message travels from your email client directly to our inbox, subject to your email provider's privacy policy.

Third-party services

We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests a font file, Google may log your IP address as part of their standard server logging. We have no control over this. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising platform.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set any cookies. We do not use local storage or session storage for tracking. We do not fingerprint your browser or device. There is no tracking of any kind on this site.

Your rights (GDPR)

Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete. If you have a question about a specific interaction, contact us at the address below and we'll respond within one business day.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
